This review considers the use of arts based approaches for social cohesion. It makes up part of a more extensive literature review that has been created to support the artistic projects that emerge from the Taking Yourself Seriously project. The Taking Yourself Seriously project is working in partnership with the Association for Research with the  Voluntary and Community Sector (ARVAC) to share the knowledge developed through our work with other voluntary and community groups.
